Birth Story Debrief
Virtual · One 60-minute 1:1 session
For the birth that didn’t go how you expected — or the one you still can’t quite explain to yourself. We go through what actually happened, in clinical terms, so the parts that never made sense finally do. Why they said what they said. What that reading meant. Whether it really was an emergency. And then the part nobody gives you space for: how you feel about it now.
Some women book this three weeks postpartum. Some four years later, before trying again. Both are the right time.

Taught by a labor & delivery nurse who is also a certified lactation educator — someone who has watched hundreds of first latches, not read about them. What to expect in the first 72 hours, what a good latch actually looks like, and what to do at 2am when it isn’t working.
