How We Get You Ready by 36 Weeks
Clarity
We map your birth. Your hospital, your provider, your non-negotiables, and the thing that's actually keeping you up.
Education
Interventions, monitoring, cervical checks, the "what ifs." Decoded, so nothing in that room is the first time you're hearing it.
Advocacy
Your actual words. How to pause, how to ask, how to give or decline consent without feeling rude.
The Plan
One page your provider will genuinely read. Finished by 33 weeks, so it exists even if the baby comes early.
Confidence
The induction conversation, when to go in, the bag, and getting your partner ready to back you up instead of standing there frozen.
Recovery
Two to three weeks after birth we meet again. We talk through what happened, sort out feeding, and get you ready to advocate at your six-week visit.
When to Start
We begin at your 24-week mark. Enroll any time before then — your portal opens the day you join, and our first call lands at 24 weeks.
Found me later? Between 27 and 34 weeks I'll compress the schedule. You still get all six calls at the same price — you just get fewer weeks of me in between.
After 34 weeks I'm not the right fit, and I'll tell you so.
Before You Book
Will you be at my birth?
No — and I want you to know that before you book, not after. My work is everything before the room, so that once you're in it you already have the words, the plan, and the understanding. If you also want someone physically with you, hire a local doula. I'll help you find a good one. We're different jobs and you can absolutely have both.
I already took a hospital birth class — is this different?
Completely. A class teaches you the stages of labor and where to park. It can't tell you what your hospital does, and it can't hear "they mentioned induction at my appointment yesterday" and know what that means for you.
I'm not in Michigan.
Doesn't matter. This is virtual and I work with women anywhere in the US.
What if something happens with my pregnancy?
You're not stuck. Depending on where we are, you get a refund or a full credit that never expires and can be transferred to someone else. I'll never hold your money in the worst moment of your life.
